The staff were FRIENDLY, and the bed was comfortable. The room was elegant with all the amenities. We liked our coffee with goodies at Gelateria Tipsy's.

reception staff was very accessible. standard room included a private safe, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a study table. we liked continental breakfast with a great selection of different meals.
